Ernie Pitochelli hails from Providence, Rhode Island and started his journey in a small town in a relatively small state. Unassumingly, he continues to make a huge impact on both his professional and personal circle of influence. His life is a life of measured character and success; but his underlying code of service to others is what sets Ernie apart. Besides being an avid Red Sox, Celtics and New York Giants fan he is also the loving, caring father of 2 wonderful children. His daughter is a successful Registered Nurse and his son has already started the second generational mark as a “Youth of the Year” nominee for the Boys and Girls Club of America while still in high school. These successes are testament to Ernie’s drive, caring leadership and distillation of core character beliefs he has instilled in his children.
His distinguished career has spanned several sectors and has always been marked with achievement
and notable awards in any endeavor he has chosen.
For over 17 years Ernie was a leader in the financial services industry and excelled in the Insurance field.
From being a Million Dollar Round table Award winner to a sought after trainer and speaker,
Ernie made a great name for himself with State Mutual and New England Mutual Insurance Companies.
After his insurance achievements, Ernie became excited about the Staffing and Recruiting Industry and
was recognized as a Top Recruiter for specialized staffing with Management Recruiters International in
both Boston and the Northeast Region of the United States. Ernie still maintains his contacts in this
specialized recruiting field and is a contractor for several companies looking for specific talent.
Being a veracious reader Ernie feeds his keen senses with professional development works and follows
the authorship of such visionaries as Zig Ziglar, Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn, Og Mandino, Dr. Wayne Dyer,
Jeffrey Combs and others. Ernie keeps several books in play at any one time, such as:
“The Peaceful Warrior”, “A New Earth” and “A Purpose Driven Life”.
Ernie also spent some time coaching Girls Youth Softball and is a Certified Group Fitness Trainer for his
local health club.
Ernie has always exhibited an “Entrepreneurial Team Spirit” in all of his specific disciplines.
Recently he has branched out into the Direct Marketing Industry and is prolifically successful
with a few well chosen networking marketing companies. Ernie’s professional excellence and
career training allows him to bring significant impact to those he mentors in this field.
Being influenced by such works as “Rich Dad – Poor Dad” and “The 4 Hour Work Week” Ernie has
taken what some see as a mild curiosity and developed several new businesses around the ideas:
Ernie is a consummate positive influence on others. He practices the disciplines of “The Secret” and is a true “Go Giver” when it comes to serving others first. Personally he likes 70’s music and anything really ‘up-beat’, and his outward influence is always positive with those he touches and mentors. His belief of helping others is not just a passing footnote or bumper sticker; it is a core character trait.
